At Nyx Atelier, every item is lovingly handcrafted to order—we don’t mass-produce, and we never rush the art of intimacy. Because of this, please allow a total of 12-16 business days from the time your order is placed to delivery. This includes both production time and shipping time.
Free Shipping
We’re pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $99 (before tax and after discounts). No promo code needed—your cart will automatically qualify at checkout once the threshold is reached.
Note: Oversized or specially marked items may be excluded from free shipping. If an item does not qualify, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Once a package is in transit, address changes may not be possible or may incur carrier fees.
