Refund policy
We accept returns on select unused and unopened items purchased directly from nyxatelier.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, complete with packaging and any included accessories or documentation.
To begin a return, please email us at support@nyxatelier.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly marked on the return package.
Please note the following important conditions:

Pre-authorization is required for all returns.

Only items with intact manufacturer seals or tamper-proof packaging are eligible.

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate items designed to come into contact with bodily fluids or sensitive areas. These products are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Products sold as part of a bundle or kit are not eligible for return.
- Customized products including engraving and bespoke are not eligible for return
Returns that are incomplete, missing original packaging, or received without an RMA may be refused.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement or store credit and provide a return shipping label if needed.
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved. A 10% restocking fee will apply to refunds issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may request a full store credit with no restocking fee.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
